Lalit Kumar Wadhawan

Managing Director

Mr Lalit has over 43 years of expertise in prescription drug sales and marketing across various therapeutic areas. He began his career in 1972 with Sarabhai and then spent 20 years with Glaxo. In 1995, he joined Universal Medicare to launch and oversee the Nutraceutical division, which was still in its infancy. Mr. Lalit has established himself as a capable and imaginative leader with deep knowledge of strategy, finance, product development, and sales.

Dipin Varma

Director-Operations

Mr. Dipin has over 24 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a B.Pharm. and MBA under his belt. In 1994, he began his work at Sun Pharma. Dipin has worked extensively in the Nutraceuticals industry in Indian and MNC companies since 1999, encompassing Orthopedic, Gynecology, and Physician specialties and creating powerful portfolios. He has a total of 26 years of experience in the industry & he has previously worked with Sun Pharma, Universal Medicare, Alkem, Albert Devid, and Sanofi.

Vijay Dubey

Director-Sales

Mr. Vijay began his career in pharmaceutical sales in 1992 with Baidyanath, then moved on to Universal, Pharmed, and Sanofi. He has led high-impact sales efforts that routinely meet tough corporate targets. He is a strong leader known for his positive 'can-do' attitude. Mr. Vijay is well-known for his problem-solving abilities and demonstrated ability to manage and complete projects to the highest of standards.

Mr. Shirish Ramchandra Vankudre has a total of 19 years of experience in the industry and his remarkable skills have helped the company in the smooth working of the overall HR department. He has previously worked with Wockhardt, RPG Lifesciences, Delcure Lifesciences, and Samarth Pharma.
